What is your job?

I work with families and children to medically manage any health issues they may be encountering. I work with families by listening to their requirements and creating treatment plans to match their needs.

What’s your favourite part of working with children and families?

Supporting families to achieve the best health outcomes for their children.

If you could have any superpower to help with your job, what would it be?

It would be nice to have the ability to travel through time so I can do all the things I would like to do in one day.

What’s one thing you want to say to parents, carers or families we provide support to?

We are here to support you. Lean on us and communicate your concerns so we can work together to support your child.

David

What is your job?

I lead a team of people who help others by doing assessments and providing therapy sessions. I teach them, so that they can help you!

What’s your favourite part of working with children and families?

I love helping busy working parents be more connected with their children.

If you could have any superpower to help with your job, what would it be?

The power of knowing the future – being able to show children and their families the outcomes of their decisions in the present day and in the future.

What’s one thing you want to say to parents, carers or families we provide support to?

I’m not a mechanic. I can’t fix you and you are not broken. We all need help sometimes and that’s okay.

I help families understand the assessment and therapy process and settle into the clinic when they come to visit us. I also help with communicating with our clinical team and taking payments. I also help Nivi with putting together the processes here at Health Sync Care.

What’s your favourite part of working with children and families?

Children are full of energy, and they see the world in such a unique and special way. It always makes me smile.

If you could have any superpower to help with your job, what would it be?

To slow down time, so during busy days of balancing phone calls, emails and the admin tasks that pop up, everything can be completed stress free.

What’s one thing you want to say to parents, carers or families we provide support to?

Getting an assessment can feel like a daunting and overwhelming process. Our team is here to assist and support you and your child’s journey to ensure that they receive the care and support they need.
